 ORDERING INFORMATION: Ordering from me is as easy as ABC :)
To place an order just add the item/s you are interested in to the cart and when you have finished shopping click on the checkout button. You will then be able to modify the quantities and/or remove the items. After that fill in the form and place your order, no immediate payment required. In a few minutes you will automatically receive an email with your order for your future reference. As soon as your order is processed (it usually takes a few hours, very rarely it takes up to two business days) you will get another email with the confirmation of the availability of what you are interested in, the grand total including shipping and payment details. I will send you another email when I get your payment to tell you the exact shipping date.

Please note that I ALWAYS reply to all orders and emails. I usually reply the same day, seldom in two days, if you do not hear from me in three days then please try the following:
- use another mailbox and/or
- check your spam/trash filters (please whitelist toys@tons-of-toys.com) and/or
- resend your e-mail and I'll reply with an alternate e-mail address and/or
- call me at (international prefix 0039) 349 288 2556. This is my mobile phone and it will be on from 10 am to 7 pm (Mon-Fri) Italy time.

PAYMENT INFO:
The prices on my website are in Euro and in United States Dollars. All prices are final (only shipping and handling is extra, see below). Prices can be changed without notice and the prices in USD might change quite often due to currency conversion EUR/USD rates, but I will always stick to the price of the day you placed your order.

Regarding payment I accept (in order of preference):

Due to scams (bounced / fake checks) and high fees for cashing them, money orders and cashier's checks are not accepted any more, sorry.

As you can see I DO NOT accept credit cards directly, but if you have one and you live in one of these COUNTRIES, then paypal is the quickest, easiest, safest and cheapest (no extra fees for the buyer) means to send payment through credit card. You do not even have to have an account, I will send you a paypal invoice and you will be able to send your payment in a few minutes, then paypal will charge your credit or debit card or bank account.

If you already have a paypal account, just let me know your paypal e-mail address and if you are going to pay using funds that are already in your paypal account or are transferred from your bank account (for you it is the same but I will save on fees ;) or using your credit or debit card through paypal, then I'll send you a paypal money request. I'll send your package in 3 days (except holidays and week-ends) after receiving your payment.

Please note: for large orders, if you pay using paypal, I will only ship to the verified address you have in your paypal account and I will use an online trackable shipping method.

Payment (or proof of payment in case of bank wire transfers) must be received in 1 week!

SHIPPING INFO: I am in Italy and all the packages are shipped from here after having received the payment (no COD). Shipping & handling is extra. To order more than one item at the same time is always more convenient, as shipping rates do not change within a specific weight. The below shipping methods are the ones I use, but please note: if you have your own courier account (Fedex, DHL or others) and you pay the full shipping charge, you can have your package picked up here and delivered to you. Absolutely no problem for me!

Registered air mail: a lot of toys can be sent by small packet registered air mail. Package must be below 2 Kg and less than 90 cm (sum of height, width and lenght), it is very safe, trackable online and it is delivered in about 7 - 10 days. Quick Pack courier: the package is usually delivered in less than 1 week and it can be insured. This service is available to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Irleland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden. It is also available to Switzerland and Norway, but it costs more. Paccocelere internazionale: this express courier costs slightly more than Quick Pack, but it is quicker, insurable and trackable online. Worldwide delivery.

Although there is no minimum purchase required, I discourage very small purchases from overseas due to shipping cost. Surface/air mail: safe, even if it is supposed to be slow, it nearly always is delivered in about 2 weeks to the above countries. Very very rarely it takes longer, up to about 6 weeks. Express courier (paccocelere internazionale): very safe, fully insurable, trackable online, it usualy is delivered in less than a week.

Regarding the shipping rates for the other countries I will check them when you place your order as they vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method you choose.

All the orders are always shipped within three business days after having received the payment, and quite often orders are shipped the same business day.

Regarding packaging I know that each and every order must be packaged carefully. If necessary, items will be double boxed. I will always strive to over protect your package, never under protect it. Please be assured that:
- I always take the utmost care in packaging
- I always protect the items with crushed paper or styrofoam or plastic bubbles
- I always put the toy(s) in a sturdy cardboard box
- I always send the item(s) using the agreed shipping method, and so, just like all other merchants, I am not responsibile for loss or damage during transportation (luckly this does not happen very often ;-)
