Shipping & handling is extra (you can see some shipping rates HERE). No immediate payment required, as soon as your order is processed you will get an email with the grand total including shipping and the payment details. You will then be able to send the payment or cancel your order.

Not urgent delivery (registered and air/surface shipping) is nearly always delivered in about 2 weeks. Occasionally a very few packages get delayed though, and it might take longer. Urgent delivery (express courier shipping) is usually delivered in less than a week but it is more expensive. See rates HERE
